- Price mention above is valid for the installation within
Jabotabek (Indonesia - Jakarta,
Bogor, Tangerang, Bekasi) region and for maximum 8 m roof
height above the ground.
There will be additional charge for building which have
more than 8 m height of roof.
- 1 (one) year warranty after the job completion.

per m2 is still follow its product price list.
» Installation product cost for decorative stone
and homogenous brick above must be ADDED
by a minimum charge of Rp. 250,000,- (two-hundreds and
fifty-thousand rupiahs), this is
used for the cost of transportation, generator set availability,
cutting machine, etc.
- Installation cost is including cement,
sand, and mildewproof coating, MATTE CLEAR for
Decorative Stone and SEALER for Homogenous Brick, its
price per litre is Rp. 60,000,-
(sixty-thousands rupiahs) and can be bought separately.
» For mixing and thining above use petrol and thinner,
with ratio 1:2
» 1 (one) litre of waterproof coating with 2 litres
of thinner can be used for ± 10 m2
(2 x coating)
- Price above is valid for maximum
of 2,5 m height above the ground. Height over than 2,5
m
(with tower) must be added by 20% installation additional
charge as general standard.
